Signing in

Apex uses passwordless email sign-in — enter your email and we'll send a sign-in link and a 6-digit code. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder. Still stuck? Email us at the address above.

Free trial & subscription

Every account gets 3 free video critiques. After that, Apex Pro unlocks unlimited critiques for $12.99/month, billed through your Apple ID.

Managing or canceling your subscription

Subscriptions are managed entirely through your Apple ID, not inside the app. To view, change, or cancel: open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → select Apex Jump Coach → Cancel Subscription.

Your videos & privacy

Your jump videos are processed and stored entirely on your own device — never uploaded to our servers. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
